Eloisa Morra is a literary critic, curator and professor of Italian literature at the University of Toronto. She wrote Un allegro fischiettare nelle tenebre. Ritratto di Toti Scialoja (Quodlibet, 2014), Poetiche della visibilità (Carocci, in publication) and is preparing an essay on Carlo Emilio Gadda and visuality. In addition to Scialoja A-Z, she has edited the volumes Prisma Celati (Mimesis 2023), Toti Scialoja e i linguaggi dell'arte (Carocci, 2019), Building the Canon Through the Classics (Brill, 2019). She writes for "Il Domenicale" of "Il Sole 24ore" and "Il Manifesto".
