New take on Ettore Sottsass. The world and friends of the great designer narrated through the historic magazine Terrazzo
Renowned Terrazzo magazine was conceived and produced by Sottsass in conjunction with Barbara Radice, Christoph Radl, Anna Wagner and Santi Caleca. It focused on architecture and design, with an accent on contemporary works, within Italy and abroad. A vast array of disciplines were touched on, including literature, poetry, history, science, philosophy, art and anthropology. From its birth in 1988 to the last issue – issue 13 – in 1996, the magazine reflected Sottsass’s single-minded quest for quality in everything from the choice of subject, to the graphics, images, cover and paper.
