Palazzo Bricherasio Foundation presents cuban artistic creations, from 20's to 40's.
In collaboration with Rubèn Pino Martinez, Secretary General of Cuban Embassy in Italy, and in collaboration with Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes dell’Avana, Palazzo Bricherasio Foundation presents a lot of cuban artistic creations from 20’s to 40’s. The works are divided into various thematic units: photos, drawings, sculptures and paintings. The arrival of Modernism to Latin America is strictly connected to the rejection of colonial models and its long independence desire. As all literary movements, the cuban avantgarde travelled along this road through new alternative artistic expression forms.
