The book recounts the exhibition “Carthage or the memory of stones / Carthage ou la mémoire des pierres”, presented in the context of “Carthago. Il mito immortale” (Carthage. The Immortal Myth), at the Parco Archeologico del Colosseo, from 18 December 2019 to 29 March 2020. The narrative by Catzaras, an artist with a plural identity, as she likes to describe herself, makes use of photographs and poems entwined to restore the concept of the immortality of Carthage, the profound value of Mediterranean culture, the desire to believe in diversity and in mingling the traces of history.
