The passion for art, narrated through Gipponi's encounters with the works of great 20th-century artists.
This exhibition takes on the task of displaying, and this volume that of conserving, the phantasmagorical tale of an intense passion for art. A tale of the encounters of Gipponi with the works of 20th-century artists, exploring emotions and fantasy in a sort of personal communication established, case by case, in the many exhibitions organized throughout a lifetime of fervent cultural activity. Visitors and readers are invited to rediscover the emotions, the transport, the pleasure Gipponi experienced in the many retrospectives on the work of Franco Francese, Giuseppe Guerreschi, Enrico Della Torre, Gianfranco Ferroni, Attilio Rossi, Arturo Bonfanti, Aldo Carpi, Giuseppe Viviani, Caporossi, Renato Guttuso, Achille Funi, Alfredo Chighine and other artists.
