[Melotti and the School of Cantù] The School of Cantù was a professional training institute with a modern approach, founded in the second half of the 1800s, and Fausto Melotti (Rovereto 1901 – Milan 1986), the illustrious sculptor, taught there in the 1930s. The book, edited by Carlo Pirovano, presents the results of Melotti’s educational activities in Cantù for the first time, including some surprising works by the artist and his students.
