“The artists of the Pharaoh” is a unique exhibition. In the splendid context of Palazzo Bricherasio and the Museo Egizio of Turin, visitors are invited to enter the everyday dimension of the distant Egyptian world of artist-workmen. The show, arriving from the Musée du Louvre and the Musées Royaux d’Art et d’Histoire of Brussels, is divided into four sections: everyday life, work, religious beliefs, funerary rituals. Magnificent works and important historical evidence, to understand and admire the legacy of these anonymous protagonists whose life and work were devoted to the glory of a man-god: the pharaoh.
